Our Regular Services
Our Main Service
This is the Sunday Service, a Parish Eucharist, held at 11am every Sunday.
We do not stand on formality at Christ Church. Come as you are!

Everyone is very welcome to join us. The service is children friendly, and usually there are special groups for children during part of the service (children do not have to go to these, they can stay with their parents, but they usually enjoy the groups!). Once a month, and more often during the summer, we have an All Age Eucharist where everyone worships together for the whole time. The service is easy to follow, and to help with this the whole service is printed out in a booklet. There are large print versions of the booklet for those who do not see too well, and there is an induction loop for those who use a hearing aid. The building is fully wheel chair accessible.
Morning Prayer (Church of England Common Worship) is said most weekday mornings at 8am.
Usually only one or two people attend this, it would be wonderful if there were more!
A Time to Pray
‘A Time to Pray’ take place once a month,
usually on the first Monday of the month, between 7.30 and 8.30pm.
A group meet together to pray for Christ Church, for our parish (local community) and for the world. We use a variety of approaches to prayer.
There are additional special Services at Christmas and Easter, and other times.
School services are held at the church several times a year. The next service will be the School Harvest Festival Service on Friday October 13th at 9.30am
